ICE can now stop you based on what you look like, what language you speak, and where you work.
You don’t need to fear talking to a lawyer about your immigration case. Everything you tell us is confidential and protected, so you can speak openly and get the guidance you need.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) protects immigrants abused by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident family member. Eligible victims—any gender—can self-petition for immigration relief, seek lawful permanent resident status, obtain work authorization without the abuser’s involvement, and, in some cases, prevent deportation. VAWA also helps preserve family unity and connect survivors to services.
